Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using SynchPoint ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SynchPoint provides an operational platform for teams to run accountable meetings, track MIOs (Massively Important Outcomes), manage workflows, and review weekly scorecards. We may update features at any time.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Pricing starts at $99/month including up to 3 users, plus $49/month per additional user. A 7-day free trial is offered to new accounts. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating laws, infringing intellectual property, uploading malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorized access, reselling the Service without permission, or interfering with other users.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create risk for us or other users. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
